“The venue Jayne uses, Avirodha Yoga Studio in Hout Bay, is breathtaking. I never would have imagined what lies behind the wooden entrance gate. The studio is set in a huge garden and looks out over horse paddocks and the mountain. During the lunch break we chatted under the trees; if I’d remembered my cozzie I most certainly would have dived in the pool.”
